Light City • University brief as part of our Motion Design module. We were asked to create a short film thinking particularly of light and movement. I chose Liverpool (the full low-down can be found on Vimeo) and experimented with manual camera settings such as long exposure times. Enjoy!  © Callum Peters 2011
